THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT TERMS APPLY TO THE
2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR. IF YOU ARE
ENROLLING IN THE SUMMER SESSION, PAYMENT TERMS FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDELINES. PLEASE SEE THE LAECC OFFICE FOR SUMMER
2018-2019 school year begins September 4, 2018 and ends May 16, 2019. Angel Care is available year round
except the last week of May, two weeks prior to the first week of school, and
designated holidays and breaks as noted in the handbook.
**Enrollment and supply fees must
accompany the enrollment application form in order to secure a space for your
child, this fee is NONREFUNDABLE**
TUITION and FEES
•Payments are due the first Wednesday of each
•Your first preschool (3’s – PKB) payment is
due by August 1, 2018. If payment is not received by this date, your child will
be automatically withdrawn from the program.
•Tuition and fees may be paid by cash, check,
money order, online banking or Paypal.
•No refunds or credits for absences or vacations.
•A $20 late fee will be charged if payment is not
received by the 10th of the month.

When you initially
enroll your child in our program, you make a choice of days for service. This commitment is for the fall session
(September through December).
Changes to this commitment can be made in December to be effective for
the winter/spring session (January through May). Additional changes can be made in May effective
for the summer session (June through August). This ensures that we have
appropriate staffing to best serve your children.
Accounts that are 30 days will require withdrawal
of the child/children unless appropriate arrangements have been made with the
