For over 37 years, FIRST has provided children with exciting and engaging learning experiences during the week, through a faith-based curriculum and a loving team of professional care givers. Building on the rich history of our Little Angels and Mother’s Day Out programs, we now offer the Little Angels Early Childhood Center, five days a week at our I-70 campus.
Every moment of their day, children are exploring and discovering the world around them. With developmentally appropriate curriculum woven into each classroom, our children are establishing strong academic skills. At Little Angels, we have taken intentional steps to plan each day around engaging activities and new experiences that not only promote the education of the whole child but most importantly developing a relationship with Christ.
We have highly qualified professionals. Our staff has over 180 years of experience working with children, 26 college degrees–five of which are teacher certified including two Early Childhood certificates. We also have two CNA’s on staff.
We believe the success of each child depends on a strong partnership with parents so the values at home are being fostered at Little Angels. Our teachers are loving moms and they have a heart to see your child grow, just like their own kids!
Learning and fun takes place every day of the week from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, giving parents the flexibility they need while still being confident their child is receiving the highest level of care, each hour of the day.
Preschool classes are limited to a maximum of 12 children.

An overview of our options:
- Pre-K Bridge (4-5 year olds) is a six-hour per day program that will focus on kindergarten readiness for the whole child. While in the classroom, children are taking part in whole group, small group, and independent learning environments. Children are exploring and learning through interactive literacy and math centers, science and technology enrichment, dynamic field trips, free play, and more. Everyday your child will learn more about how Jesus loves them and wants to be their best friend. The goal of Pre-K Bridge is to prepare children for kindergarten in a loving and exciting environment. From lunch and recess to skills and strategies, your child will feel confident heading off to kindergarten.
- 4’s Preschool is a half day program. Students will engage in in age-appropriate activities that will prepare them for kindergarten in many areas including math, language arts, and phonics. Children in this class will engage in exciting learning activities and free play opportunities. Each day your child will learn about how Jesus loves them and will develop skills needed for kindergarten.
- 3’s Preschool is a half day program. This class will focus on development of social skills, fine and gross motor skills, as well as basic language art and math skills.
