The FIRST Women’s Ministry strives to promote fellowship and provide Bible studies to help ladies grow in their dally walk with Christ.  Our desire is to join the Father’s leadership on mission to serve the women of First Baptist and our community. There are Bible study opportunities and special events that occur at various times throughout the year.  Please check back here for periodic information about upcoming events and opportunities.

Single Moms

Here at FIRST, we believe life is meant to be lived in community. We are strengthened spiritually when we regularly meet together. For this reason, we offer a single mom’s life group where women come together to learn God’s Word in a manner relevant to their life situation. While women fellowship and study together, children experience God’s word through reading, games and activities to encourage them in their walk with God. A meal is provided to the women and children each week to make attendance easier.  Here at FIRST, we love single moms and kiddos. Come and experience God and His Word with us!

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm
I-70 Campus Room S-11

Beginning June 13: “Twelve Extraordinary Women”
Come study the extraordinary lives of women in the Bible.  Learn to apply the truths of God’s Word to your own life at home, work and in relationships.
