DAY TEN
Connect
Scripture:
Psalm 1:1-3
Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.
Observation:
• What do you think about day and night? Work, family, money, stress, Scripture?
• What "fruit" are you missing out on based on misspent time?
Apply:
How can you apply this to your life today?
Prayer:
Dear God,
My mind wanders. I lose focus. And I find myself returning to things that distract me from You and Your Word. Help me to find moments of focus and clarity throughout the day (and night) that connect me to you.
Pray for those who are considering connecting to a Life Group. Pray that God will help make those connections happen.
